Zombie on a Plane

Anyone who’s flown on a trip of more than a few hours know exactly what jet lag is all about. Jet lag is more serious than simple lack of sleep and can be nearly debilitating for some people. Serious cases can leave you with nearly flu like symptoms. Some people blame the unhealthy conditions on the airplanes as a culprit as culpable as well as the time change and general reset of the body’s clock. Everyone has a remedy for jet lag, none of which are totally effective alone. Stay hydrated, suffer through a few hours of sleeplessness, don’t drink alcohol and generally suck it up is the best advice. Hang in their frequent fliers and don’t let that lag ruin the joy of travel.
