Being in Chennai, you must be knowing the place called " Phoo Kadai " near Central Railway Station, on the road to Parrys Corner. There is a Police Station. After reaching the Station in front of it, there a small but busy road called Godown Street.
There you can find hundreds of whole sale dress material Dealers. You can buy from them. Initially they ask you to pay the full amount in cash, but once you become familiar, they give you reasonable credit period.
Keep at least 40% margin on your purchase price, while selling. If you sell in installment then keep 100% margin.
