Dear Friend, dont worry, Your Hubby is a Transvestite.
See in WiKiPedia or any dictionary.
Transvestism is the practice of cross-dressing, which is wearing the clothing of the opposite sex. Transvestite refers to a person who cross-dresses. Persuade him to see a Psychiatrist in case he is depressed (or contact me). But remember, he is not mad.
What about all the women who put on Shirt and Pants ? What about those Gays and Lesbians ? Even Law permits them to behave the way they like.
Dont make him nervous.
He is a Good Person, but his liking is a LITTLE different. I am sure he doesn’t wear a Sari at his work place.

    try to take his snap when he does so and then threat him to show it to his boss or parents or colleagues..
    If he still doesn’t stop then give him other accessories too.

    you can talk to him how hurted you are to his actions and make him understand what he is doin is abnormal
