It seemed for a while that real estate prices have been forever going up. The chance for young buyers inside the affluent years was not incredibly large. It was the same for those looking for office space, the demand was incredibly high and the supply was constraining, therefore prices were extremely large and businesses experienced to pay a lot of cash to stay inside offices that were currently in. These days everything has switched the other way, real estate prices are down, business office complexes are half empty. It just goes to indicate that you do not ever know what is around the next corner.
