Most likely the first thing they do that will make you move faster than you have in a while is when they start going potty on your carpet.
This will become your first task in your new world of puppy obedience trainingLuckily it is not as hard as you think. The key is setting up a schedule for feeding times, going out times, and sleeping times. Dogs are routine animals and the earlier you set the routine and stick to it the better. The 2nd key is taking him out often and not setting him up to fail.
