How to calculate the market value of my flat in mumbai for the year 1994?

I want to know the market value of my flat for the year 1994 to calculate the stamp duty that I have to pay on it. My flat is in Kandivli [West] Mumbai India? does anybody know any links which will calculate the exact market value of my flat according to the area as per the year also?
