need for symbols in general and during freedom struggle

evolution of symbols over a period of time; like national flag, charkha ,khadi, vande mataram, sabarmati ashram etc.

impact on common people during freedom movement-how and what occasion they were used

what do they mean to people today

design a symbol for 21st century reflecting its nationhood. explain the symbol.

how did they help in making of the indian nation – did they give us a sense of identity?how?explain

eveything should be in context with indian struggle for freedom
and should be in proper english

A flag is the most obvious symbol to distinguish groups. Flags have identified, countries, monarchs, generals, tribes and sports teams.
I think you could focus on that aspect for the above topic and write a decent paper.

Whoever designed the American flag, (Betsy Ross) , looked at America’s past and future. The thirteen stripes represent the thirteen original colonies. The 50 stars represent the current states of the United States.
Put stars on your flag representing the states or provinces of India. Have the stars to encircle India’s most beloved or the animal that most represents India.
