My question:
Guys: If a girl, totally unknown to you, came up to you in a crowded place and wrapped her arm around yours (like you two are a couple) and whispered: "Please play along, this guy is totally harassing me and I can’t get him to stop!" or some such thing, would you:
(a) Play along;
(b) Tell her to get lost;
(c) Tell me yourself what you would do.
And, a la NOUB….WHY?
Girls: You can answer as to what you think is appropriate action in this case, but we can’t really do it in the reverse, since almost no woman would believe a guy that he needed protection from a girl.

To answer your question i would do (C)
I would move the girl away from me, ask her "who is bothering you and WHY?" (lol) then i would go up to the people who are bothering her and ask if this situation is true (the girl will be present so that I can see if she is telling the truth or not) If she is, I will tell the people to back off and don’t harass her, then once it is safe (i.e. they are gone) I will tell her to get lost. If she was lying I will make sure it is safe for her to go home alone then i will give her a telling off and then tell her to get lost)
Anybody want to sweep me off my feet? Get in line then.

I’m hoping that they’d do the first because that way there’s be no bad intentions and I wouldn’t get harassed by some creepy stalker guy, though if it was happening to me I wouldn’t go link arms with the guy, just talk to him to ward the other guy off

I think a brother should do it , if she asked for help . Like seemed scared or threatened. If she grabbed onto him so someone couldn’t kidnap her or something. If she’s just trying to avoid giving out her phone number or making a guy jealous that’s another story. It should depend on how she came to him i think . Allah swt knows best . But for an emergency it’s not the same.

My cousin has a gf and her bro was harassing him so he asked me to pretend he didnt have a gf and that he was a good boy blah blah blah and i said okay, so he added me in a three way convo with him and his gf’s bro and he said "nazia do i have a gf?" and i was like OMG YEAH HE SOOO DOES, THEY MAKE OUT!!!! etc. And his gf’s bro flipped and my cousin got beaten up in school the next day loool

As for the falling part, Ive fallen infront of my husband, his brother, his cousin, his cousins husband and my brother, oh my I was so embarrassed I was wearing my abaya and carrying my son and walking to his cousins house (they were all standing outside in the front and I was getting out of the car and going thru the side door) anyways, her driveway was all messed up and I fell and my son fell out of my hands, my husband helped me up but everyone came running to make sure I was ok.. but I couldnt even look them in the face.
