<p>A split routine is when you break your entire body up into sections and exercise those sections everyday of the week. For example, you will work your arms and shoulders one day and then the next you’ll do chest and core. This goes on until you hit your whole body.</p>
<p>The reason this is not really ideal if you’re just interested in lose body fat and sculpting a lean body is because it takes too long, it causes imbalance, and can even lead to overtraining and fatigue.</p>

<p>I have the program, and I have to say that it&#8217;s a VERY good program.</p>
<p>One thing I like about it is that it has a very good squat workout sequence.</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t reveal it in detail (obviously), but Kelly has done a great job of coming up with a killer squat routine.</p>
<p>As you know, the squat is the most important vertical jump exercise, and the <a href="http://verticaljumpzone.com/vertical-jump-programs/flying-in-four-reviews">Flying In Four</a> program does a great job of utilizing it to the fullest.</p>
<p>If you are serious about jumping higher, I highly recommend the Flying In Four program.</p>
