How to make the tastiest bombay aloo ever?

Im doing a curry night for my family on sunday, and as a side dish i was going to do bombay aloo but am not sure which way to do it to get the best taste. Any ideas on any other tasty indian recipes would be good to. thanks x

Too late for Sunday – but if you want curries to impress and make them at home use curry kits from the source below. We do these all the time and its like being in a restaurant. You get the spices and buy what is listed and then just foolow the step by step

We have veggie and meat main and do Bombay potatoes and rice and stuff. We also make our own naan with onion seed from the same site.

My favourite is chicken jalfrezi
